- Welcome and assist customers

Job Responsibilities

 

- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

- Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems

- Maintain the appearance of the front office area

- Track inventory and restock shelves

- Resolve customer complaints

- Support promotional campaigns and upsell products

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

- Proactive in resolving issues and providing solutions

Educational Qualification

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Media, Communication, Journalism, or Information Systems
