Description

Power Systems Africa is seeking a dynamic Receptionist/PA to support the Managing Director.

 

Job Responsibilities

- Manage reception desk and act as point of contact

- Handle requests and queries

- Schedule meetings and appointments

- Prepare reports, memos, and documents

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks

- File and retrieve corporate records

- Record minutes from meetings

- Make travel arrangements

- Provide general administrative support

Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and office administration software

- Excellent communication and customer care skills

- High level of attention to detail

- At least 2 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification

- 5 'O' levels including English Language

- Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Admin/Office Technology
