We are a leading organization seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services

- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
