- Track and report progress on cross-functional business initiatives, including strategic projects and Board resolutions, in liaison with Executive Committee members.
- Provide strategic insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes, by maintaining tracking dashboards and coordinating submissions with relevant Executive Committee members.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on the implementation of high-impact projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with Executive Committee members and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement, and complete management of meeting schedules, strategy sessions, and reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to support company events, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Law, or a related field. Candidates with diverse academic backgrounds and strong operational acumen are encouraged to apply, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, with a track record of providing high-level administrative and executive support, managing complex calendars, and coordinating on strategic priorities and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, digital reporting tools, and productivity platforms.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgement in handling sensitive matters.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise insights.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and execution skills for managing complex tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Highly adaptable, and composed under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and proactive in leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency.
