Job Responsibilities

- Reception and Front Desk Management: Answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area.

- Administrative Support: Handling emails, files, meeting minutes, and mailings.

- Office Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.

- Supply Management: Ordering and stocking office supplies, ensuring equipment is operable.

- Record Keeping: Maintaining filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and inventories.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.

- General Support: Providing ad hoc support to staff members and departments.

- Data Entry: Performing basic data entry into applicable systems.

- Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.

- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving minor administrative issues.

Skills and Abilities

Young, energetic, and confident individual

- Preferably below the age of 35

- Marondera based
