- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Track performance indicators and compile quarterly and annual reports
- Conduct field visits and stakeholder consultations
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives
- Maintain dashboards and databases to monitor progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and report writing
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or relevant field (approved by Judicial Service Commission)
Experience:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a public sector or development context
- Demonstrated knowledge of Zimbabwean public sector performance frameworks and statutory reporting protocols
