We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
- Greet and direct visitors, respond to phone calls and emails
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform various office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices
- Proficient in office management software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proven track record of providing administrative support and managing records
