Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist/Clerk to join our Pensions Administration Department on a two-year fixed term renewable contract basis.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and adequate information is provided to members and clients

- Maintain a positive public image of the Fund

- Operate the switchboard and route calls

- Receive and direct visitors

- Compile statistical reports for calls management and visitors

- Type correspondence and reports

- Prepare and dispatch schedules and mail

- Solve queries orally and telephonically

- Maintain the reception area's tidiness

- Update Notice Boards

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pensions Executive

Skills and Abilities

- Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel)

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to resolve member pension inquiries

- Ability to write clear and concise reports

- Ability to work under pressure

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Educational Qualification

 

- Diploma in Pensions and Investment Management or equivalent

- Diploma in Office Practice or Certificate in Receptionist course (added advantage)

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
