Description

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner

Job Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently

- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and handling inquiries

- Maintain office records and update customer databases

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and report preparation

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for service delivery

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

- Manage petty cash

Skills and Abilities

- Attention to detail

- Telephone skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Good teamwork skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good customer service support and care

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

- Minimum of 5 O’ Levels, including English

- At least Diploma in Secretarial/Receptionist/Office Administration
