- Foster positive relationships between management and employees

- Ensure compliance with labor laws

- Manage disputes and negotiate with unions

- Promote effective communication channels

Skills and Abilities

- Degree in Social Science/HRM/Human Capital Management or equivalent

- Certificate in Labour Law, Arbitration & Conciliation is an added advantage

- 3-5 years' experience in industrial relations, employee relations, or HR

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Social Science/HRM/Human Capital Management or equivalent

- Certificate in Labour Law, Arbitration & Conciliation (added advantage)
