1. Process bookings/reservations for guests based on their requirements
2. Upsell hotel products and services
3. Prepare and email quotations for accommodation, conferencing, weddings, and other events
4. Welcome guests at the front desk and serve them professionally
5. Respond to clients' reservation enquiries and requests
- Effective communication, listening, organizational, and interpersonal customer service skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Well-groomed, friendly, and pleasant disposition
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related field
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
