- Customer Care Agent

 

Job Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming communication channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, etc.)

- Greet and assist walk-in customers

- Record conversations in customer profiles or lot profiles

- Communicate with customers with kindness, patience, and empathy

- Assist with profile registration and account opening

- Make outgoing calls to customers as guided

- Stay updated on company process developments

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Kindness, patience, and empathy in customer interactions

- Ability to work with various communication channels
