Description

Act as point of contact between Director and internal/external clients

Job Responsibilities

- Handle requests and queries

- Manage Director's diary and schedule meetings/appointments

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks

- File and retrieve corporate records and documents

- Research and conduct data for documents and presentations

- Record minutes from meetings

- Make travel arrangements

- Perform office duties, including ordering supplies and managing records database

- Work as virtual assistant

- Provide general administrative support

Skills and Abilities

- Comprehensive PA support

- Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Honesty and reliability

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively

- Flexibility in working hours when necessary

Educational Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Office Administration/Social Sciences or Equivalent

- Secretarial Diploma an added advantage

- 3+ years' work experience in similar role or equivalent

- Proven experience in corporate environment working for Board Directors
