We are seeking a personable and dedicated Hotel Front Office Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Office Porter plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing assistance with luggage and facilitating check-in and check-out
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front office area and lobby
- Offer assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
- Coordinate transportation services and manage guest requests efficiently
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
