Description

- Handle incoming communication channels (email, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls)

Job Responsibilities

 

- Greet and assist walk-in customers

- Record conversations in customer profiles or lot profiles

- Communicate with customers with kindness, patience, and empathy

- Assist customers with profile registration and account opening

- Manage outgoing calls to customers

- Stay up-to-date with new company process developments

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent communication skills

- People-oriented

- Problem-solving skills

- Resilience

- Accountability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Team player

Educational Qualification

- Call center experience

- Experience in a similar role

- Computer knowledge

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Zendesk knowledge (added advantage)
