- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
- Generate invoices and send them to customers
- Receive and record payments from customers
- Identify and pursue overdue accounts
- Generate reports on accounts receivable and collection trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment issues

- Knowledge of computer applications
- Experience in a hospital setup is an added advantage
Degree or diploma in Accounting or equivalent
