Company: Galloway Medical Centre

Location: Galloway, Norton, Zimbabwe

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome and register patients professionally

2. Manage admissions and patient flow

3. Verify medical aid details and ensure complete documentation

4. Submit claims and ensure accurate billing

5. Maintain organised patient files and daily billing records

6. Handle calls, enquiries, and front-desk communication

Skills and Abilities

- Strong front-office and reception experience

- Excellent communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask

- Strong organisation and follow-through

Educational Qualification

- Minimum Diploma in Office Administration, Health Administration, or related field

- Previous experience working in a healthcare facility (mandatory)
