1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a busy office setup is an added advantage
- Greet clients and visitors, welcome and direct them
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and forward calls
- Manage mail and packages, receiving, sorting, and distributing
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and phone calls
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Proficient in appointment scheduling software (MS Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Proven certification in secretarial studies, office administration, or related training
