We're seeking a highly professional, confident, and articulate individual to manage the front desk and provide personal assistant support to Partners in a financial services firm.
- Front Desk Management: greet clients, manage switchboard, maintain reception area, and handle mail/packages
- Personal Assistant Duties: diary management, administrative tasks, and liaison with clients/internal staff
- General Administration: order office stationery, provide administrative support
- 3+ years of experience in a similar client-facing role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Impeccable professional presentation and demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and switchboard systems
- Confident, proactive, reliable, discreet, and trustworthy
