Description

- Manage front office operations, including welcoming visitors and handling telephone and email communications.

Job Responsibilities

 

- Maintain systematic control of project documentation, including filing, version control, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.

- Support project teams by preparing and organizing technical and administrative documents.

- Ensure confidentiality, timely distribution, and accurate record-keeping of company records and project files.

Skills and Abilities

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, Office Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a front office or document control role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
