Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or service-oriented company

 

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, process, and record company payments

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets

- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure up-to-date records

- Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory obligations

- Maintain compliance calendars and track due dates for statutory requirements

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including procurement and office coordination

- Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and company documents

- Provide administrative support to management and operational teams

Skills and Abilities

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- High level of integrity and professionalism

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Accounting

- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration is an advantage
