Handle the company's front office area, including telephone calls, visitors, and customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
- Manage meetings and appointments for office staff
- Assist with handling Executive team requirements
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Assist with coordination of corporate social responsibility/donation requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Class 4 Driver's License
- Relevant Educational/Professional qualification in Front Office Management required
- Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred
