Job Responsibilities

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Preparing communication like memos, emails, and reports

- Assisting with event planning, coordination, and travels

- Coordinating and creating proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs

- Professional Organizational Representation

Skills and Abilities

Requirements:

 

- Prior experience in consultancy is a plus

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Degree/Diploma in Administration or related field, 2-3 years of industry experience
