- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document organization)
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain office supplies inventory
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects and provide general support
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Fluency in English, Shona, and Ndebele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
