- Minimum one-year industrial attachment experience in a cross-cultural private sector environment
- Clean Class 4 driver's license with a valid defensive driving certificate
- Assist in HR operations and systems management
- Maintain HR records and support policy compliance
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration
- Support performance and talent management
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations
- Learn explosives, mining, and manufacturing HR practices
- Gain exposure to HR analytics and technology
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Understand legal and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
