InnBucks MicroBank Limited seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join their team in Harare.
1. Administrative Support: maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and process employee-related paperwork.
2. Recruitment and On-boarding: assist with job postings, screening resumes, and conducting new employee orientations.
3. Payroll and Benefits: assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and tracking employee attendance.
4. Compliance and Employee Relations: ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Other Responsibilities: assist with HR-related events, provide general support, and stay up-to-date on HR trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Technical proficiency in HRIS, Belina payroll software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
