- Administers recruitment and selection of candidates
- Co-ordinates performance management system at the province
- Co-ordinates and attends disciplinary hearing processes for non-managerial staff
- Monitors Provincial health and safety processes
- Co-ordinates staff training and development programmes
- Monitors the general administration of vehicles at Provincial level
- Monitors staff leave and compiles quarterly leave reconciliation schedules
- Maintains Provincial Master Asset Register
- Administers the remuneration of employees in the province
- Corporate membership of a professional institution
- Class 4 Driver's Licence
- A good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- SAP experience is an added advantage
- Social Science degree
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience
