Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll management using Belina
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR metrics
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Process and administer monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions
- Generate monthly HR and payroll reports
- Adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality systems
- Effective communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or equivalent field
- Degree will be an added advantage
