Mountain Lakes Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our team as an HR Graduate Trainee.

Job Responsibilities

- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes by helping to post vacancies, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and welcome new hires.

- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

- Assisting with employee relations by responding to staff queries and supporting conflict resolution processes.

- Helping coordinate training and development activities, including logistics, attendance tracking, and follow-up evaluations.

- Contributing to the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and best practices.

- Supporting the performance management cycle, including the collection of evaluations and feedback.

- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

- Participating in regular HR team meetings and preparing reports or minutes as required.

- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal regulations at all times.

- Proactively engaging in professional development and keeping up with emerging HR trends.

Skills and Abilities

- Keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Educational Qualification

Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
