• Provides technical and clerical support to the human resources function, handling tasks like recruitment, employee records, training, and payroll-related data 

Job Responsibilities

- Preparing job vacancies and announcements

- Advertising job openings on websites

- Compiling training attendance records

- Distributing health and safety procedures

- Scheduling performance reviews

- Managing employee leave and payroll data

- Filing employee documents

- Recording grievances and disciplinary actions

- Strategic HR recruitment support 

Skills and Abilities

- Good communication skills

- Organizational skills

- Attention to detail

- HR knowledge

- Computer literacy (HR systems and payroll) 

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Human Resources with 2+ years experience

- OR Higher National Diploma in Human Resources with 3+ years experience

- OR National Diploma in Human Resources with 5+ years experience
