Description

Dynamic HR professional needed to lead human resources and admin functions in a fast-paced service environment in Harare. Hands-on, people-focused, and available to start immediately 

Job Responsibilities

- Manage full recruitment cycle and employee relations

- Ensure HR compliance and maintain employee records

- Oversee office administration and facilities management

- Coordinate staff schedules, travel, and logistics

- Support senior management in fostering a positive workplace culture

Skills and Abilities

- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

- Proficient in Belina HR System and payroll administration

- Knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices

- Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Educational Qualification

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (IPMZ, CIPD, or SHRM) is an added advantage
