Job Responsibilities

- Foster a harmonious Industrial Relations climate within the organisation.

- Develop and maintain effective recruitment processes.

- Develop a Change Management strategy.

- Champion a culture of superior performance through an effective performance management system.

- Manage the implementation of best practice human resources interventions.

- Develop competitive staff retention strategies.

- Direct and coordinate the identification of training needs and develop employee development programmes.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Labour Relations.

- Well-versed in modern Industrial Relations practices.

- Appreciation of the contribution of human resources to the bottom line.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or equivalent.

- Recognised professional qualification e.g. IPMZ.
