- Performs pension administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong HR principles and practices knowledge.
- Collaborative in diverse teams.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or related.
- IPMZ Diploma is a plus.
- 2+ years HR experience.
