Company: Makoko Mining (Chrome Mining Operation)

Location: Shurugwi District, Midlands Province (Head Office and Site)

Available Positions:

1. Project Geologist

2. Human Resources Officer

3. Accountant (Finance)

Job Responsibilities

- Project Geologist:

- Conduct geological mapping and sampling

- Supervise drilling and manage QA/QC of geological data

- Interpret assay results and assist in resource estimation

- Qualifications: BSc (Hons) in Geology or Geological Engineering, proficiency in geological software, valid driver's license

- Human Resources Officer:

- Implement HR policies and procedures

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

- Oversee payroll inputs and performance management

- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Accountant (Finance):

- Maintain financial records and ledgers

- Prepare management accounts and budgets

- Process payments and invoices

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in Pastel or QuickBooks
