- Establish a reliable and consistent set of Outcome Indicators for all project activities
- Regularly review and improve the M&E system by seeking stakeholder inputs and through consultations with partner organizations
- Develop a standardized community baseline socio-economic template for project
- Develop systematic protocols such as Most Significant Change qualitative story methodology
- Develop, in coordination with the Finance Department, a system to ensure that the project planning including inputs and targets, is aligned with the overall programme log-frames and other types of M&E indicators
- Training, guiding, mentoring and support Project Officers in the use of the M&E frameworks and tools
- Synthesize and analyze data for summary and thematic reports on M&E findings
- Support the design and implementation of baseline/midline/and other surveys according to the approved work plans
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Knowledge in the use of SPSS software, Microsoft Excel highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, economics or relevant field preferred
