Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet systems

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

- Install, configure, and update network hardware and software

- Assist in the setup and maintenance of firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points

- Provide operations support and technical assistance to end-users

- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps

- Prepare and submit daily comprehensive reports on system performance

Skills and Abilities

- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MTA are highly desirable
