Supervisor: Program Coordinator and Youth Specialist
- Develop, manage, and refine the project MEAL system
- Lead in statistical analysis and interpretation of results
- Provide technical input into MEAL activities
- Respond to information demands
- Ensure compliance with donor DQA requirements
- Develop and refine data collection tools
- Conduct field monitoring visits
- Verify, clean, collate, and analyze project data
- Manage project information
- Support project staff in report compilation and verification
- Document lessons learned and best
practices
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Team player
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficiency in English and relevant local language
- Minimum university degree in Development Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or equivalent
- Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation (added advantage)
