Operations Supervisor:

- Oversee and optimize Freight Forwarding and Customs clearance operations

- Supervise daily operations

- Manage Customs clearance processes

- Ensure Compliance with local and international regulations

- Coordinate with transport, agents, government authorities, etc.

- Business development

- Ensure excellent customer services

- Support compliance checks

- Provide timely administrative support

- Customer care

Skills and Abilities

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- Professional certification in Freight Forwarding or Customs clearance is an added advantag
