Department: Health Services

Reporting to: Sub Officer (Operations)

Job Responsibilities

- Administer first-aid treatment and provide support to injured persons

- Provide emergency medical care at the scene and transport victims to medical facilities

- Perform emergency treatment and diagnostic procedures

- Operate medical and communication equipment

- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and restock first-aid supplies

- Observe, record, and report patient condition and treatment

- Coordinate work with medical team members and other personnel

- Immobilize patients for transport

- Clean and disinfect the ambulance

- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

- Highly knowledgeable and analytic

- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information

- Honest, reliable, and responsible

Educational Qualification

- Certificate in Ambulance Technician

- Additional Health Care Training qualifications (added advantage)

- Current Practicing Certificate

- Clean Class 4 driver's license and Defensive Driving Certificate
