Job Responsibilities

- Supervise Field Officers and MERL Officer

- Ensure accurate targeting of clients

- Drive implementation of Zimbabwe Works youth activities

- Review program and MEAL data

- Ensure project sustainability

- Coordinate with Field Officers for reporting

- Leverage private sector networks

- Provide regular updates and prepare reports

Skills and Abilities

- Good leadership skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)

- Team player

- Good interpersonal and writing skills

- Proficiency in English and relevant local language

Educational Qualification

- Minimum university degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Business Studies or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years working in developmental programs (youth and livelihood programming)
