Job Responsibilities

- Assist House Parent in managing family house

- Support House Parent in nurturing and grooming children

- Assist with household chores and maintenance

- Provide psychosocial support to children

- Participate in care and general wellbeing of children

- Assist with homework and extra tuition programs

- Manage household income and expenses

- Engage children in extracurricular activities

- Update and maintain Children's Development Plans and

Diaries

Skills and Abilities

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with children from difficult circumstances

- Mature and professional demeanor

Educational Qualification

- 5 O' levels including English Language

- Certificate in Systemic Counselling/Social Work

- Diploma in Child Safeguarding, protection, and care (desirable)

Experience:

- Experience working with children from various backgrounds

- Fluent in English and at least one local language

- Mature candidates (35+ years)
