Job Responsibilities

- Submit a detailed order tracker showing all orders

- Report on all call cycles, tasks assigned and what has been achieved

- Submit a report on market intelligence per category i.e prices, availability of product, alternative product, new clients etc.

- Tracking time taken to resolve client issues and request, to minimize turnaround time as minimal as possible.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet set target sales for assigned lines

- Submit reports on current, client gained, clients lost over a period of time and total percentage of total clients

- Develop strategies to acquire new clients

- Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers

- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
