Job Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth operation of all departments

- Plan and execute entertainment events

- Supervise day-to-day operations within budget guidelines

- Maintain excellent internal and external customer service

- Design menus, purchase supplies, and make necessary improvements

- Identify and respond to customer needs and concerns

- Establish targets, schedules, policies, and procedures

- Provide two-way communication and foster a motivated team environment

- Comply with health and safety regulations

- Report on sales and productivity to management

Skills and Abilities

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Guest-oriented and service-minded

- Self-starter willing to stay in rural area

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism

- 2 years post-qualification experience
