Job Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and receive loan applications

- Conduct loan assessments and recommend approval or rejection

- Prepare loan contracts and facilitate the signing process

- Maintain updated records of loans and disburse loans

- Identify business opportunities and sell bank products

- Manage loan client relationships and provide financial literacy training

- Collect daily loan repayments and serve demand letters to delinquent loans

- Monitor own loan portfolio and train clients on proposal writing and business management

Skills and Abilities

- Ability to write projects and conduct loan assessments

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Banking and Finance or Diploma in Microfinance or related business degree

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Loans Officer in a financial institution

- Clean driver's license (two years old)
