We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Receptionist in the Health Services Directorate.
- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule clinic appointments
- Assist clients with filling in Medical Aid claim forms and maintaining patient files and documents
- Compile Medical Aid claims lists for submission to medical aid societies
- Manage supplies and equipment, and maintain a register
- Conduct inventory audits for equipment
- Ensure clinic and staff clinic licenses are valid and renewed
- Book and refer students for psychological counseling
- Maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate good time management and record-keeping skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
5 'O' levels, including English Language
- Certificate in Receptionist and typing
- Degree and secretarial courses are an added advantage
- 2 years of experience in a medical environment is an added advantage
