- Registrar:
- Manage University administrative processes
- Advise Vice Chancellor and University Council
- Ensure good governance and University environment
- Provide secretariat services to Council and Committees
- Bursar:
- Manage University finances and investments
- Ensure sound financial management
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Leadership and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change management and innovation
- High professional integrity and confidentiality
- Team-building and problem-solving abilities
- Financial management and accounting expertise (Bursar)
- Administrative and governance expertise (Registrar)
- ICT proficiency and adaptability
- Registrar: Master's degree in administration, management, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Bursar: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred), and professional qualification (CA, CCA, or RPA)
