- Provide administrative and reception services to Zuva Petroleum
- Receive visitors and direct them to relevant destinations
- Receive hand-delivered mail and parcels and direct them to relevant recipients
- Ensure the Front Office reflects the correct brand image and is adequately manned
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide basic information
- Prepare booking and payment schedules for Light Motor Vehicles maintenance
- Process department payments and issue Light vehicle licenses annually
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to prepare accurate reports
- Ability to plan daily and weekly work
- Ability to solve work-related problems
- Ability to interact, negotiate, and achieve targets
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Administration, Secretarial, or similar environment
