Description

TIMB is seeking a Registration Clerk for a fixed-term contract at Mvurwi Office. The role involves data capturing, file management, customer service, and payment processing.

Job Responsibilities

- Capture and verify data and documents

- Monitor file movement and ensure completion of growers' records

- Ensure customer queries are resolved promptly

- Receive, receipt, and bank payments

- Maintain confidentiality and safety of files

Skills and Abilities

- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and task-oriented mindset

- Ability to work under instruction and meet deadlines

- Excellent report-writing skills

Educational Qualification

- At least 5 'O' Levels including English and Mathematics with a Grade C or better

- Basic Computer Literacy-related certificate/ ICDL/Business-related qualification

- Advanced Level will be an added advantage
