Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant/Business Manager to help manage the affairs and business operations of a young entrepreneur specializing in supplying chickens.

As Personal Assistant/Business Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage schedules, develop business strategies, manage finances, and build relationships with customers and suppliers.

 

Job Responsibilities

- Manage schedules, ensuring attendance at school and business commitments

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including chicken supply chain management

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion

- Manage finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Provide guidance and support to develop entrepreneurial skills

Skills and Abilities

- Proven track record of success in managing businesses or projects

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles

Educational Qualification

2+ years of experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or as a personal assistant

Diploma or equivalent in business or secretarial studies preferred
