Description

High-level executive support role at Advanced Design Colleges (ADC) in Bulawayo. Manage schedules, coordinate projects, and ensure operational excellence across departments. Need someone with strong organisational skills and experience in admin/operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide strategic admin and executive support to senior management

- Manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings

- Oversee workflows and project execution across departments

- Coordinate CAD laboratory projects and installations

- Support marketing initiatives and stakeholder communication

- Drive internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain discipline

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent organisational and planning skills

- Strong professional communication and report-writing

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong leadership presence and initiative

- Excellent coordination and decision-support capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Educational Qualification

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
